• Avoid using personal email accounts or any address containing sensitive information.
• Create a separate email address solely for Matterport use to ensure privacy, security, and ease of management.

2. Recommended Formats

• For companies or institutions:
  Your IT department will usually prefer to create a generic mailbox such as:
  matterport@ourcompany.com
• For individuals or sole traders:
  A dedicated address using a free provider works well, for example:
  matterport.our.company@gmail.com

3. Purpose of the Email Account

• The email account will only be used to access and manage your Matterport Subscription.
• Anyone who needs ongoing access to the system must be able to log into this mailbox.

4. Important Note for Business and Enterprise Subscriptions

• For higher-tier Business or Enterprise plans, the email address must be completely new.
