Very occasionally the model will hang during upload.

Regular-sized models should be processed in 24 hours.

A very large, very complex model can take longer.

If the Processing icon is still egg-timing then the following will generally rectify the situation.

Duplicate the model on the iPad

Open and add a mirror trim on a solid wall

There is no real mirror!

Upload the copy job

Once the space has published email support@matterport.com and request that they delete the failed upload.
