The intention is to show the building in the best way possible.

The camera/scanner will see everything, there are no hiding places.

This includes items placed under desks, on top of cabinets, behind furniture, especially things that have been there in plain sight so long that nobody notices them anymore.

There is no facility to ‘Photoshop’ the tour, so please ensure that all clutter is removed, and rubbish bins emptied.

If we are capturing the outside of the building, ensure that all weeds, cigarette butts, and other rubbish is removed.

Windows, glass doors and partitions need to be free of smears and marks.

Remove any sensitive or confidential material.

All lights should be on.

In large office spaces with automatic lights, arrangements need to be made to keep the lights on.

Doors that we intend to travel through need to be kept open while capture takes place.

Bring wedges for regular doors.

Automatic and powered doors need to be locked open.

Mantrap doors, also known as security booths or vestibules, need to have the interlock between the doors disabled.

Ensure that there are no people or animals present.

Any people appearing by accident can be automatically blurred, but this also blurs faces in photographs and paintings.
