“Camera unstable. Tighten mount or tripod.” 

Finger-tighten MOVE Quick-Release collar

Check all tripod levers are fully locked

Check castors on dolly are tight

If the issue persists

Tighten Matterport Camera Adaptor with 3mm Allen Key

     This is usually less than a quarter-turn

     Do not over-tighten
